I've tried multiple gyms in several states and this one is the best. No matter the class size, you still get one on one instruction and all of the members are willing to help out or demonstrate techniques. During my first class, Coach Kyle pulled me and another student aside and basically gave us a private lesson. You can tell Coach Tammy and Kyle both take pride in their craft and have provided a safe and welcoming environment for students to learn and grow. If you are in the Sterlimg area, do yourself a favor and check them out. Truly a great gym."

"I like how they ease these young kids into Jiu-Jitsu by getting them to do light workouts, running, jumping, hanging, hopping, playing simple physical games that require balance and quick moves.

Two months into it, now they're starting actual Jiu-Jitsu techniques. It's quite adorable to watch them push and wrestle with each other and give high fives after each mini competition.

The main instructor for this class is Coach Andre. He is great with the kids... patient, straight forward, gentle, friendly. He's from Brazil and has been practicing Jiu-Jitsu for many years and won several competitions. Impressive in a lot of ways.."
